At Boulies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic seating experience. If your chair isn't the perfect fit, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Disassemble the chair carefully and pack all components into the original shipping box to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
